The ROH committee plans on
meeting every other Tuesday at 9:00am that commissioner court does not
meet. The dates are listed
below until September 2010.

New rules and
procedures have been established.
They are as follows: 1. Any items
that want to be put on the meeting day agenda need to be in the Veterans
office no later than 1200 hrs on the day prior to the meeting .
2. First off the days and
times of the Ring Of Honor meetings must be agreed upon by all committee
members.
3. If a committee member is
not able to make the meeting, it will be
his responsibility to
let his appointed commissioner know so that his/her commissioner can
arrange for an alternate to take their place at the meeting.
4. If the the current meeting
day and time is not convenient for all committee members to attend this
meeting; then he/she should denote a
different day and time that will work for them.
If that is the issue,

to make all the arrangements and make the necessary
changes for the different meeting day and times to assure that all are
informed so that all can attend.
