Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Commissioner’s Court of Brazoria County will be held at 9:00 AM on August 31, 2010 in the First Floor Commissioners’ Courtroom, Suite 100A, County Courthouse, Angleton, Texas. At said meeting the Court will deliberate, discuss, consider and/or take final action on any or all of the following matters:

The Commissioners’ Court will conduct a closed meeting under the following section or sections of V.T.C.A. government Code, Chapter 551, subchapter D.; (After which the Court will reconvene in open session and may take any action deemed necessary based on discussion in closed meeting)

 A.  Texas Government Code, Section 551.074 - Personnel Matters: (1) deliberation regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee or (2) to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee, unless the officer or employee who is the subject of the deliberation or hearing requests a public hearing..
