A Reservation Fee will be charged at the time any reservation is made. The reservation fee includes: first night fee, taxes and clean-up deposit
(if applicable). No reservation is valid without the reservation fee.
We do not issue refunds or rain-checks unless safety dictates
that the park be evacuated.
For refund of the reservation fee, cancellation must occur at least
72 hours prior to the reservation date. Notice must be given directly
to office staff during office hours. Cancellations less than 72 hours prior to reservation date result in forfeiture of rental fee and
any tax paid (clean-up deposits will be returned).
Reservations made online after 5 pm will be not be
processed or confirmed until the next business day.
Business days for Quintana Park are Tuesday - Sunday
Reservations made any time on Mondays will not be
processed or confirmed until Tuesday.
You will receive an automated email acknowledging your request.
Your reservation is NOT confirmed until you receive a second confirmation email with the details of your reservation.
Upon receipt of the confirmation email please contact the
park office with the CCV number on your credit card.
This is required to finalize payment and is for your security.
For Seaburn Day House and Pavilion rentals,
Fill out our Rental Agreement and forward to the Park office
via email, fax or US Mail.
