CABIN RENTALS
All cabins are cooled and heated; included are a television (local channels only), microwave, coffee pot, toaster, mini refrigerator, range, bathroom with shower, paper towels, toilet tissue and hand soap provided in bathrooms. Bed linens, towels and cooking utensils are NOT included.
"Hill" cabins include a picnic table and fire ring. There is a short walk uphill to get to
these cabins. Parking is not available on the hill. We provide a wagon to carry your belongings to the cabin (not for beach use). There is a short walk down the boardwalk to get to the beach. Both ways are ADA compliant.
May we suggest: Mosquito spray, sunscreen, beach umbrella and a wagon to carry your belongings to the beach.
- No glass containers $500 fine
- $50 refundable clean-up deposit is required
- Pets are NOT allowed in cabins or overnight outdoors
- All county buildings are non-smoking
- Check in is 2 pm - 10 pm, NO late check in. Check out is 11 am
- Brazoria County residents receive a $10 discount per night
- Free wireless internet for registered guests
- Security gate closes at dusk. Code required for entry
- First night rental fee, clean-up deposit and 6% hotel/motel tax required to hold cabin reservations
- A 3% convenience fee is applied to all credit card transactions
- 2 night minimum on holiday weekends

Lively Cabin
The Lively cabin is located on "the hill", the first cabin on the right overlooking the Gulf. It sleeps a maximum of 8 people, containing 2 double and 4 twin beds.

The Seaburn cabin is located on the main boarkwalk at the rear of the Seaburn Day House. It sleeps a maximum of 7 people, containing 2 double and 3 twin beds. A unique feature is the adjoining door to the day house which offers more space for day use if both units are rented. A grill is available on the ground near the cabin. This cabin
has a full size refridgerator and bathtub.

COVENEY cabin
The Coveney cabin is attached to the park office. It sleeps a maximum of 3 people, containing 1 double and 1 twin bed. 4 people will be allowed if two are small children that can share a bed. No grill or picnic table.
