Supervision

This is the person who will be watching closely to be sure that the juvenile is following all the conditions of probation that have been ordered by the court. These rules may include:

  • Report to the probation office in Angleton once a month for probation, once a week for ISP.
  • A curfew which varies for regular probation but will be no later than 10p.m. on weekends. For ISP the curfew is 6p.m. seven days a week. Church, school and work related activities are exceptions.
  • Do not associate with persons on probation or parole, gang members, or persons who were involved in the crime you were placed on probation for.
  • Submit to random urine testing not more than once per month for regular probation and once a week for ISP.
  • Permit the probation officer to visit you at home, school, work or elsewhere.
  • Pay probation fees up to $15 per month.
  • Attend counseling.
  • Submit to counseling and/or drug assessments.
