Health Services Coordinator: Jo Mapel, RN

    Mrs. Jo Mapel is a registered nurse who coordinates the health services for the juvenile detention center, residential center and boot camp. She dispenses medications and conducts sick call for the juveniles who have medical concerns.
    Mrs. Mapel earned her Bachelors Degree in Nursing from Texas Women's University and she obtained her Masters in Public Health from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. She has been in the nursing profession for over 30 years and enjoys working with children.
