Health Services Coordinator: Kathryn Smith, RN Mrs. Kathryn Smith is a registered nurse who coordinates the health services for the juvenile detention center, residential center and JJAEP. She dispenses medications and conducts sick call for the juveniles who have medical concerns. Mrs. Smith can be reached at extension 148.
