All temporary orders in cases involving custody of children or possession of children, filed in the 300^th Judicial District Court, are required to contain the following language:

           All parties are ordered to attend a four (4) hour children’s interest seminar called “For Kids’ Sake,”  or an equivalent program approved by the Court.  Proof of attendance shall be filed with the court on or before sixty days from the date the Rule 11 agreement regarding temporary orders is approved by the court or from the date the temporary orders are rendered in open court.

           Any divorce cases involving children or modification cases with issues involving possession or custody of children filed, shall not proceed to a final hearing without a certificate of attendance at the For Kids’ Sake Seminar or equivalent for each party being on file with the court.
