Language for All Decrees and Final Orders

The following language is required in all  Final Decrees or Orders where payment of Child Support is required to be paid by Wage Withholding Order.

It is Further Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed that the Obligor (name), shall pay each child support payment when due through the TEXAS CHILD SUPPORT DISBURSEMENT UNIT, P.O. BOX 659791, SAN ANTONIO, TX 78265-9791.

It is Further Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed that the Obligor, (name), shall notify the Clerk of this Court within 10 Days after the date of any changes in the Obligor’s current residence address, mailing address, home telephone number, name or employer, address of place of employment, or work telephone number.  Said notice shall be in writing and shall be delivered to the District Clerk of Brazoria County by mail or in person at: 111 East Locust, Suite 500, Angleton Texas 77515.

 All “Orders Withholding from Earnings for Child Support” shall be signed by the Obligor.
