84 yoa, 5’7”, 150 lbs

Subject has Alzheimer’s and Diabetes

Mr. Woodard was last seen on 11-29-2006, between the hours of
11 am and 10:45 am at his residence on County Road 318 in western
Brazoria County near the Matagorda County line.

 Mr. Woodard was wearing:  Blue calf length robe, white T-Shirt, dark slacks
and possibly had a walking cane with him.
