The Brazoria County Child Support Office is a Child Support Registry. Our office handles child support cases that were court ordered before January 1, 1994. Our objective is to collect and disburse these child support payments as proficiently as possible. We continue to strive to provide excellent customer service and personal assistance to the parties affected by the court orders. Attorney General (Full Service) and Registry Only (Private cases that were court ordered after January 1, 1994) cases are handled by the Office of the Attorney General. These cases are being redirected to the State Disbursement Unit (SDU) in San Antonio for payment processing. The Brazoria County Child Support Office has a contract with the Office of the Attorney General to provide customer service to those who have had their case redirected to the SDU. This means if your payments are being processed by the SDU, and you need assistance, please contact this office. We will provide you payment information, payment records, change your address/name, etc.
