Notice is hereby given that the regular meeting of the BAIL BOND BOARD of Brazoria County, Texas will be held at 10:00 a.m. On Thursday, the 8TH day of JANUARY 2009, on the 1st floor of the Courthouse, the Honorable E.J King Commissioner’s Courtroom, Angleton, Texas.
At said meeting the Board will deliberate, discuss, consider and/or take final action on any or all of the following matters:

4. PUBLIC APPEARANCES:
Bondsmen, their respective agents or the general public may request permission to address the Board. Specific factual information or a
recitation of existing policy may be furnished in
response to an inquiry made, but any deliberation, discussion, or decision with respect to any
subject about which the inquiry was made shall be limited to a proposal to place such subject on the agenda for a subsequent meeting for which notice
is provided in compliance with the Bail Bond Act unless said notice appears herein.

2. Kimberly Haynes agent for International Fidelity Insurance Company dba Faye’s Affordable Bail Bonds is submitting a application for a bail bond license renewal.
3. Troy McLehany dba AAA Bail Bonds is submitting a request for the release of CD’S totaling $48,000.
