Notice is hereby given that the regular meeting of the BAIL BOND BOARD of Brazoria County, Texas will be held at 3:00 p.m. On Thursday, the 6TH day of DECEMBER 2007, on the 4th floor of the Courthouse, the Honorable Judge Blackstock’s Courtroom, Angleton, Texas.
At said meeting the Board will deliberate, discuss, consider and/or take final action on any or all of the following matters:

4. PUBLIC APPEARANCES:
Bondsmen, their respective agents or the general public may request permission to address the Board. Specific factual information or a
recitation of existing policy may be furnished in
response to an inquiry made, but any deliberation, discussion, or decision with respect to any
subject about which the inquiry was made shall be limited to a proposal to place such subject on the agenda for a subsequent meeting for which notice
is provided in compliance with the Bail Bond Act unless said notice appears herein.

I. Application for bail bond agents:

II. Dennis Garrett dba Ace Bail Bonds is submitting a application for a bail bond license renewal.
III. Tom Honeycutt agent for Allegheny Casualty Company dba Pearland Bail Bonds is submitting a application for a bail bond license renewal.
IV. Tom Honeycutt agent for International Fidelity Insurance Company dba Angleton Surety Bonds and Bail Bonds is submitting a application for a bail bond license renewal.
V. Access/availability of felony case information from District Clerk’s Office.
VI. The Board will open ballots, tally and announce the licensed bondsman to serve on the Board for 2008.
VII. Election of Chairman to serve on the Board for 2008.
VIII. Election of Vice-Chairman to serve on the Board for 2008.

session and may take any action deemed necessary
