The Victim Services Program assists all victims of crime whose offender is on community supervision (adult probation).


NOTIFICATION
of Community Supervision (probation) status,  hearings, assignments, changes, etc.

 

 

 


PERSONAL ADVOCACY
accessing available services or rights under law, etc.


COURT ACCOMPANIMENT
victim support, understanding judicial process, liaison for victim issues within and between agencies, as appropriate
 

 

 


INFORMATION
on the criminal justice system, community services, assessing victim resources and Crime Victim's Compensation (CVC)


REFERRALS
counseling, crisis support, legal advocacy, shelter, protective orders and other interagency referrals, as available
 

 

 


RESTITUTION SERVICES
collection and distribution of court ordered restitution to victims, identification of victims, restitution advocacy and liaison services between victim and Community Supervision Officer
