Community Service Restitution Program

The Court orders a number of CSR hours to be worked by every probationer.  Your supervision officer will assign you to an agency work crew so you can complete your court ordered hours. 

WEEKDAY COMMUNITY SERVICE WORK CREWS FOR 2012
 (MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY)

NOTICE:  WORKERS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO BRING A CELL PHONE OR PAGER TO THE WORK CREW.  LONG PANTS AND CLOSED TOE SHOES ARE ALSO REQUIRED.  REMEMBER TO ALWAYS ARRIVE EARLY TO AVOID BEING LATE.

 NORTH COUNTY WORK CREW
(AGENCY CODE 44)

Monday through Friday at 7:00 A.M. until 12:00 (noon) on the west side of the Department Office, SH 35 at CR 281, Alvin.  Participants must work all five (5) hours to receive credit. No Work Crew on County holidays. 

 PEARLAND AFTERNOON WORK CREW
(AGENCY CODE 44)

Monday through Thursday 1:00P.M. until 4:00P.M. at the Drainage District Office 4805 West Broadway Pearland.  Workers shall report to the work barn on the rear of the property.  Do not enter the office.  No Work Crew on Friday afternoon or County holidays. 

 ANGLETON WORK CREW
(AGENCY CODE 7)

 Monday through Friday at 7:00 A.M. until 12:00 (noon) at 1524 East Mulberry #200 (SH-35) at Wildcat Drive, Angleton and Monday through Thursday 1:00P.M. until 4:00P.M.  No work crew on Friday afternoon.  Morning participants must work all five (5) hours to receive credit. No Work Crew on County holidays.

 FREEPORT WORK CREW
(AGENCY CODE 15)

Monday through Friday at 7:00 A.M. until 12:00 (noon) at the Department Office 210B West 1^st Street, Freeport. Participants must work all five (5) hours to receive credit. No Work Crew on County holidays. 

 AFTERNOON COMMUNITY SERVICE WORK LOCATIONS

 For community service work in the afternoon, check with your supervising Officer.  Afternoon community service work is available in most cities and at the Angleton office, Monday through Thursday at 1:00P.M.  The 2 hour bonus time credit only applies to the North County, Angleton and Freeport work crews listed above on Monday through Friday 7:00A.M. until noon.  There is no bonus for afternoon CSR work.

 ALVIN AREA WORK CREW

Every Saturday and Sunday (see exceptions below) at the County Annex, 260 George Street, Alvin.  THE START WORK TIME IS 8:00AM.  COMMUNITY SERVICE WORKERS MUST COMMIT TO A MINIMUM OF EIGHT (8) HOURS OF WORK ON SATURDAY OR FIVE (5) HOURS OF WORK ON SUNDAY TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS WORK CREW.  WORK IS AVAILABLE EVERY WEEKEND.

 ANGLETON AREA WORK CREW
(AGENCY CODE 105)

 Every Saturday of the month at 8:00 A.M. (see exceptions below) at 1524 East Mulberry #200 (SH-35) at Wildcat Drive, Angleton, front door at the Northwest corner of the building.  COMMUNITY SERVICE WORKERS MUST COMMIT TO A MINIMUM OF FIVE (5) HOURS OF WORK TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS WORK CREW (8:00AM UNTIL 1:00PM).  Exceptions no work on the following dates: January 14, February 18, March 3, April 7, May 26, September 1, November 10, November 24 and December 22, 2012.

 CITY OF FREEPORT WORK CREW
(AGENCY CODE 70)

Every Saturday and Sunday at 8:00 AM (see exceptions below) at the Freeport Fire Station #2 1205 N. Gulf Blvd @ Skinner St.(behind McDonalds).  Parking is located at the Senior League Ball Field across from the Fire Station.  COMMUNITY SERVICE WORKERS MUST COMMIT TO EIGHT (8) HOURS OF WORK TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS WORK CREW.  Exceptions no work on the following dates: January 1, 2012. 

 LAKE JACKSON AREA WORK CREW
(AGENCY CODE 6)

Every Sunday at 8:00AM (see exception below) at the Brazoria County SPCA, Shelter 141 Canna Lane,(rear door) Lake Jackson.  COMMUNITY SERVICE WORKERS MUST COMMIT TO FOUR (4) HOURS OF WORK TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS WORK CREW AND A 10 WORKER MAXIMUM.  Exception no work on the Following Dates: January 1 & April 8, 2012.

 PEARLAND AREA WORK CREW
(AGENCY CODE 90)

Every Saturday of the month at 8:00AM (see exceptions below) at Justice of the Peace Office, 3801 East Pear at South Grand, Pearland.  COMMUNITY SERVICE WORKERS MUST COMMIT TO A MINIMUM OF FIVE (5) HOURS OF WORK TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS WORK CREW (8:00AM UNTIL 1:00PM).  Exceptions no work on the following dates: April 7, May 26, September 1, November 24, December 22 & 29, 2012.
