Community Service Restitution Program

The Court orders a number of CSR hours to be worked by every probationer.  Your supervision officer will assign you to an agency work crew so you can complete your court ordered hours. 

WEEKDAY COMMUNITY SERVICE WORK CREWS FOR 2007

 (MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY)

NOTICE:  WORKERS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO BRING A CELL PHONE OR PAGER TO THE WORK CREW.  LONG PANTS AND CLOSED TOE SHOES ARE ALSO REQUIRED. 

NORTH COUNTY WORK CREW
 (AGENCY CODE 44) 

Monday through Friday at 7:00 A.M. until 12:00 (noon) at the entrance to the Department Office, SH 35 at CR 281, Alvin.  No Work Crew on County holidays.  Participants must work all five (5) hours.

ANGLETON WORK CREW (AGENCY CODE 7) 

Monday through Friday at 7:00 A.M. until 12:00 (noon) at the rear of the Main Office, 329 North Velasco, Angleton.  No Work Crew on County holidays.  Participants must work all five (5) hours.

FREEPORT WORK CREW (AGENCY CODE 15)

Monday through Friday at 7:00 A.M. until 12:00 (noon) at the Department Office 210B West 1^st Street, Freeport.  No Work Crew on County holidays.  Participants must work all five (5) hours.

AFTERNOON COMMUNITY SERVICE WORK LOCATIONS 

For community service work in the afternoon, check with your supervising Officer.  Afternoon community service work is available in most cities.  The 2 hour bonus time credit only applies to the 3 work crews listed above on Monday through Friday.

CITY OF ALVIN WORK CREW (AGENCY CODE 30)

The first, second, third and fourth Saturday and Sunday of every month (see exceptions below) at the County Annex, 260 George Street, Alvin.  THE START WORK TIME IS 8:00AM .   Additional work crew dates: Saturdays, March 31 & June 30, 2007.  COMMUNITY SERVICE WORKERS MUST COMMIT TO A MINIMUM OF EIGHT (8) HOURS OF WORK ON SATURDAY AND FIVE (5) HOURS OF WORK ON SUNDAY TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS WORK CREW.  Exceptions no work on the following dates: December 23, 24, 30 & 31 2006, April 7 & 8, May 26 & 27, September 1 & 2, November 24 & 25 and December 22 ,23, 29 & 30, 2007. 

ANGLETON AREA WORK CREW (AGENCY CODE 105)

Every Saturday of the month at 8:00 A.M. (see exceptions below) at the rear door of the one-story Community Supervision Office at 329 N. Velasco, Angleton.  COMMUNITY SERVICE WORKERS MUST COMMIT TO A MINIMUM OF FIVE (5) HOURS OF WORK TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS WORK CREW (8:00AM UNTIL 1:00PM).  Exceptions no work on the following dates:, December 23 and December 30, 2006, January 13, February 17, March 3, April 7, May 26 September 1 November 10 & 24 and December 22 & 29, 2007.

CITY OF FREEPORT WORK CREW (AGENCY CODE 70)

Every Saturday and Sunday at 8:00 AM (see exceptions below) at the Freeport Recreation Center, 803 North Front Street, Freeport (behind the Police Station).  COMMUNITY SERVICE WORKERS MUST COMMIT TO EIGHT (8) HOURS OF WORK TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS WORK CREW.  Exceptions no work on the following dates: WORK IS AVAILABLE EVERY WEEKEND.   

LAKE JACKSON AREA WORK CREW (AGENCY CODE 6) 

EVERY SUNDAY at 8AM at the Brazoria County SPCA, Shelter 141 Canna Lane,(rear door) Lake Jackson.  COMMUNITY SERVICE WORKERS MUST COMMIT TO FOUR (4) HOURS OF WORK TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS WORK CREW.  Exceptions no work on the following dates: April 8, 2007 (Easter Sunday).

 PEARLAND AREA WORK CREW (AGENCY CODE 90) 

Every Saturday of the month at 8:00AM (see exceptions below) at Justice of the Peace Office, 3801 East Pear at South Grand, Pearland.  COMMUNITY SERVICE WORKERS MUST COMMIT TO A MINIMUM OF FIVE (5) HOURS OF WORK TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS WORK CREW (8:00AM UNTIL 1:00PM).  Exceptions no work on the following dates:, December 23 & December 30, 2006, April 7, May 26, September 1, November 24, December 22 & 29, 2007.
