The Brazoria County Health Dept. Clinic at 200 South Hwy 288-B in Clute will be open Monday through Friday 9:00 - 11:30 am and 1:00 - 4:00 pm. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and bring a current immunization record with them.
